The Zoller + Fröhlich GmbH combines the values innovation and tradition already in second generation. We have been developing and producing innovative as well as reliable products since 1963, “Made in Germany”. The Z+F team puts a strong emphasis on maintaining close ties to its customers. Ever since our beginning we have been realizing customized switch cabinets successfully. Our own software development, metalworking shop, paint shop, electrical workshop, final checking and assembly allow us to offer individual solutions.

Programming is completely done in-house according to DIN EN 61131-3. The preferred programming languages used are either Siemens’ Step 7 or 3S’ CodeSys. The hardware depends on the application: it ranges from miniature control systems to computer solutions with connections to the office world in order to document the manufacturing process ideally. By working closely together with our customers we attain individual use of technological possibilities.
Our metalworking shop allows us to realize customized housings according to customer requests. A team of experienced employees assures the necessary precision including all required cutouts and drillings of housings. Our own tool shop is equipped with machines for lathing, milling, electrical discharge machining and grinding which allow us to quickly manufacture customized parts/adjustments in-house.
Our in-house paint shop offers many advantages to our customers. Desired colors can be applied quickly and thus we can offer a high degree of flexibility.
State-of-the-art manufacturing techniques are used in our electrical workshop. The world-renowned and appreciated Z+F machines are used for wire processing. These assure a high quality standard of the final product and allow great time savings in the manufacturing process. Thereby we can offer our customers a good and fair price-performance ratio. Individual marking of wires is supported. UL approvals are also possible.
