The Z+F PROFILER® 9025C is designed for demanding mobile surveying tasks and offers maximum precision even at high travel speeds. With a measurement rate of up to 267 revolutions per second and an interval clarity of 182 meters, the scanner enables extremely dense and reliable data acquisition. This performance data makes it ideal for use in many industrial applications, such as road, rail, and tunnel surveying, where accuracy and efficiency are equally important. The robust construction and proven sensor technology guarantee stable measurement quality, even under changing environmental conditions.
The PROFILER 9025C® has four integrated 8-megapixel cameras that deliver high-resolution color images with a wide dynamic range. The newly developed camera platform processes the image data directly in the scanner, eliminating the need for external computers and additional cabling. This reduces installation effort and increases system reliability. The fully calibrated camera system ensures precise and automated coloring of the point cloud without the need for manual adjustments. The result is an accurate, color-realistic 3D representation—ready for precise analysis and further evaluation.
Marker Mode allows specific areas in the scan profile to be visually highlighted directly during data acquisition. A red laser beam marks specific defined angle ranges for quick and precise identification of relevant structures.

The Z + F PROFILER® 9020 has a rotation speed of 267 Hz or 16,020 rpm max. and measures over 2 million points/sec
With a maximum range of 182 m, the profiling scanner is suitable for almost all mobile mapping applications
The Z + F PROFILER® 9020 achieves a measuring accuracy of 0.2 mm in the range between 1 m and 25 m.
