Crimp module CM 06
The CM 06 is an electro-pneumatically driven and flexible crimping module designed for processing loose twisted terminals and for integration into fully automatic machines. In the range from 0.08 to 6.0 mm2 (AWG 28 - 10), conductors and terminals can be crimped as standard with a 4/8-indent crimp mould in accordance with MIL 22520. Other crimp shapes can be realised as an option. The crimp depth setting is motorised by means of programme storage. Suitable tools, depending on customer contact, can be easily and quickly inserted into the machine, thus allowing maximum flexibility for customer requirements.
